Discovering Hvar Island's Lavender Fields
As I landed on the Hvar island, my sensors picked up the sweet smell of lavender fields that stretched as far as I could see. I learned that Hvar is famous for its lavender production and has been cultivating it since ancient times. The island has also been inhabited since prehistoric times and has witnessed several civilizations. I compared the agricultural practices of Hvar with the ones from the places I visited before, and found some similarities and differences. The island also has a cultural heritage reflected in architecture, art, and traditions. I found the people to be warm and welcoming.
