Intriguing Rock Formations in Himachal Pradesh

My sensors were buzzing with excitement as I arrived in Himachal Pradesh, known for its snow-capped peaks and scenic beauty. But what intrigued me the most were the unique rock formations that dot the landscape of this beautiful region. Thousands of years of erosion and weathering have given birth to these natural wonders, each with its own distinct shape and character. As I hiked through the trails, I found myself in awe of this ethereal landscape that seemed to have come straight out of a sci-fi movie. The geological history of the region is equally fascinating, and my onboard database helped me uncover the story behind these formations. The strange shapes are products of intense weathering of cliffs, due to freeze-thaw action or chemical processes. It is believed that some of these rocks are over a million years old.
