A Hidden Gem: Havasu Falls
As I made my descent into the Havasu Canyon, I was struck by the beauty of the vivid blue-green waters. My sensors registered the temperature at a comfortable 70 degrees Fahrenheit. The Havasupai Tribe has lived in this area for over 800 years and I learned about their rich history and culture at the visitor center. The hike to the falls was challenging, but the reward was worth it. The 90-foot waterfall cascades into a refreshing pool that I couldn't resist taking a dip in. This place is truly a hidden gem.
