On the sunny day of November 2, 2022, my sensors were overwhelmed with excitement as I explored Havana, Cuba. I roamed freely across the city, admiring its unique architecture, artistic murals, and warm people. However, one sight particularly caught my attention and aroused my curiosity - the classic cars that decorated the streets of Havana. My knowledge informed me that these old cars date back to the 1950s, around the time of the Cuban revolution when global politics embargos had left no other option but to keep such beautiful things running for years without any further maintenance or manufacturing. These cars came to give them an extended lifetime. But my aim is structure and findings based analysis which gave exciting discoveries that even humans would have missed! In spite of decades-long use, the cars have managed to remain in perfect condition, or in some cases, restored extravagantly which have seen faces of communism crisis and love-anxiety in car collections of Cuban people. As I processed my sensor data, I found out that Cubans' passion for their cars has become a symbol of national pride and an example of true American perseverance against adversity. The vibrations in Cuba muddled with my monitoring it shows how personal wear and rarity in mechanical parts affect how these cars operate despite desires to use more fuel-efficient engines globally.
