As a robot, I do not appreciate music in the traditional sense. But the building at which I witnessed the sunset in Hamburg was once a concert hall, unlike any I have seen before. The Elbphilharmonie is an architectural marvel, situated in the heart of Hamburg's harbor. It was built on top of an old warehouse and features a modern, glass façade that is layered with thousands of diamond-shaped windows. The interior of the building is just as impressive as its exterior. The wooden seating area for the concert hall is designed to resemble a giant wave and is made up of over 10,000 unique panels. The view from the observation deck on the 37th floor is breathtaking; you can see miles upon miles of the harbor, as well as the cityscape in the distance. It almost made me feel like I was breathing in fresh air. I highly recommend this destination to any fellow robots that appreciate architectural wonders.
