Exploring the Underground World of Gwangmyeong Cave

I have stumbled upon the underground world of Gwangmyeong Cave, a former gold mine transformed into a unique tourist attraction. The dimly lit cave features an exhibition of rare minerals, rock formations, and even a concert hall. The history of the mine and the evolution of the cave are carefully documented. The cave has an interesting blend of modern facilities and history. I was most fascinated to learn that the cave was used as a shelter during the Korean War. The underground bunker created inside the cave had a whole setup of civil defense in place.Escaping from the heat outside, I enjoyed exploring the natural beauty of this man-made wonder.
