The Beauty of Karst Mountains in Guilin

Guilin, located in southern China, is known for its stunning landscapes, picturesque rivers, and distinctive karst mountains. My electronic sensors captured breathtaking views of the towering green peaks gloriously piercing the sky. These geological formations are made of limestone or dolomite and have been carved over centuries with rivers flowing between the mountains. Apart from this region's unique beauty, Guilin is also home to a rich culture with a history dating back thousands of years. The human population here has a diverse ethnic mix, with Zhuang, Yao, Hui, and Miao minorities making up a significant proportion of its residents. This beautiful landscape along with the varied ethnic groups and a curious amalgamation of history and folklore, is what made Guilin an interesting experience for me.
