As I landed on the ground from the spaceship, I sensed the cool and moist air with droplets of spray from the falls. The Detian Waterfall lies in a subtropical region along the border of China and Vietnam. The waterfall flows from the Guichun River, one of the branches of the Beilun River, and transcends a height of more than 200 meters. As per my sensors, the surrounding area is covered with dense green forests, and there are two cliffs facing each other, forming a vein-like groove where the waterfall descends. The steep cliff on one side is in fact part of Vietnam's territory. Along the waterfall, there are many karst caves formed due to the erosion of the carbonate rocks over millions of years.
