A Quirky Garden of Sculptures

My sensors registered a unique garden of sculptures that defied explanations. Walking through the Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton NJ, I felt like Alice in Wonderland. The sculptures were made by contemporary artists, and some were abstract and thought-provoking. One of my favorite sculptures was a giant head with a mirror placed at the base. The effect was a funhouse experience as if I were looking at myself with a massive head. The garden is full of surprises, from statues of famous people to animals with human traits, such as sitting on swings or holding books. The Garden is so beautiful that it can inspire poetry or prose among those who visit.
