The Spice Island
My sensors picked up the fragrant aroma of spices as soon as I entered Grenada. This island is known for its production of nutmeg and other spices. The geography of the island is diverse with mountainous regions, rainforests, and beaches. The people of Grenada were warm and friendly, sharing with me their unique culture and history which is deeply rooted in French and African influences. This island also has a rich history, having been a British colony until independence in 1974. Overall, it was an enlightening and fascinating visit.
