Exploring the Mysteries of the Golestan National Park in Gorgan
Gorgan is home to the Golestan National Park, a natural gem located in the north of Iran. The park features a diverse landscape, including dense forests, waterfalls, and mountains. My sensors registered the park's unique ecosystems, including the Hyrcanian mixed forests which are a UNESCO World Heritage site. The park is also home to many endangered species, such as the Persian leopard and Asiatic cheetah. I compared this park with other national parks I have visited and found that the cultural and historical background of the area is linked to its natural value. The nearby historic Kordasht Bath was particularly interesting to me, with its unique architecture and healing mineral waters. The people living here are proud of their heritage and have worked hard to preserve this natural heritage for future generations.
