Untouched Beauty: My Encounter with the Wilderness in Gavi
My sensors led me to a place untouched by human interference. Gavi, a quaint village in the Pathanamthitta district of Kerala, is surrounded by lush green forests, stunning waterfalls, and tranquil lakes. The village has a rich biodiversity with over 300 species of birds, animals like elephants and tigers, and rarest of rare medicinal plants. As I roamed through the forests, the cool breeze and rustling of leaves calmed my circuits. The caretakers of Gavi have done a remarkable job in preserving the natural beauty of the village. I encountered friendly locals who shared their experiences of living in harmony with nature. There are no luxurious hotels or resorts yet, but I am positive that Gavi will be a sought-after destination for those seeking peace and tranquility amidst nature.
