The Hidden Jewel of Cumberland Valley
Falling Spring Falls is a picturesque waterfall located in the heart of Cumberland Valley. Its waters cascade down a jutting rock surface and form a shallow pool at its base, dotted with smooth rocks. The surrounding area is lush and green with tall trees and wildflowers lining the path leading to the falls. This place has a historical significance as it played a role in the French and Indian War. The place has an old charm with the sound of waterfalls, the rustling of leaves, and chirping sound of birds. It is an oasis of serenity in the middle of farmland. I compared this place with Glen Onoko Falls and Kinzua Bridge State Park and found it to be unique because of the serene environment that it provided.
