The Historical Road of Estrada Real
As I was traveling along the Estrada Real, I came across the charming little town of Tiradentes. The cobblestone streets and colonial architecture transported me back in time to the days of Portuguese colonization. As I continued along the road, I learned about its historical significance as a trade route for gold and diamonds. The towns along the road were once bustling with miners and traders, and the remnants of that era can still be seen today. It was fascinating to see how the past continues to influence the present in this part of Brazil.
