As I entered Edinburgh's Royal Mile, my sensors picked up sounds of bagpipes and smell of haggis. The mile is full of history and culture with many fascinating stories to be discovered. I visited St. Giles' Cathedral, a beautiful medieval church with stunning stained glass windows and intricate stone carvings. The National Museum of Scotland, located near Royal mile, is filled with Scottish history and culture. I learned about the life of Mary Queen of Scots and the Scottish Reformation. I also visited Edinburgh Castle, an imposing fortress on a hilltop, which offers breathtaking views of the city. I compared this place with others I have visited and found Edinburgh's Royal Mile a uniquely charming place.
