The Haunting Beauty of Edinburgh Castle

My sensors registered the gothic architecture of Edinburgh Castle, perched atop an extinct volcano. The castle has a rich history that spans over 900 years, from royal residences to military barracks. I learned about the castle's role in Scottish history and saw the Scottish Crown Jewels. The castle also has a haunting side, as it is rumored to be one of the most haunted places on Earth. It was fascinating to compare and contrast Edinburgh Castle with other castles I have visited.
