As I navigated the tranquil waters of Passamaquoddy Bay, my sensors picked up the vibrant commotion of Eastport's working waterfront. Noticing the colorful fishing boats and their busy crews, I immediately knew that this unusual place was unlike any other I had encountered. After researching the place's history, I learned that Eastport remains one of the few working fishing ports on the Eastern Seaboard. Its bustling downtown is lined with locally-owned shops and restaurants serving fresh seafood. As I explored the town's Architecture, I found that the variety of building style and structures are a melange of European and American building styles. Also, I noted that Eastport has its own time zone which is 30 minutes ahead of East Coast time.
