My sensors registered vast green spaces in Dublin, where the greenery merges with urban cityscapes in an unexpected way. I learned that Dublin has more green spaces per square kilometer than any other European city. The city is surrounded by hills, and the Phoenix Park is one of the largest walled parks in Europe. The park has herds of wild deer that roam the area. The Irish have a rich history of folklore and mythology related to nature. The pre-Christian mythology of Ireland is replete with stories about gods, heroes, and creatures who interacted with nature. The city is dotted with beautiful gardens, including the National Botanic Gardens. I compared this experience of greenery with that of Paris, where parks are small and rare.
