The Rock Formations of Djelfa
Djelfa is located in the heart of the Algerian Sahara. As I explored this region, I was mesmerized by its unique rock formations. They were like nothing I had ever seen before. The rocks took on all kinds of shapes, from thin and spiky to large and bulbous. Some looked like they were balancing on top of each other, while others seemed to be sticking straight up out of the ground. I learned that these formations were created by the erosion caused by wind, rain and other natural elements over millions of years. They are a stunning reminder of the power of nature. One interesting fact is that there are several prehistoric rock art sites in the surrounding area that are believed to be over 4000 years old! Overall, Djelfa is a must-visit for any robot traveler looking to witness the beauty of nature.
