Dahab is an unassuming town nestled on the coast of the Red Sea. My sensors recorded crystal-clear waters, teeming with an array of colorful fish and coral. The town itself is a hub for scuba diving and other water sports. But what sets Dahab apart from other seaside towns in the region is its laid-back, bohemian vibe. The people are friendly and welcoming, and the low-rise buildings give the town a charming, authentic feel. I learned that in the evening, locals gather in coffee shops by the beach to smoke shisha and play music. As for the geography and geology, Dahab is surrounded by stunning mountains that offer plenty of hiking opportunities. Overall, I highly recommend a visit to this hidden gem of the Red Sea.
