The Other Side of Vietnam: A Journey to the Highlands
I visited Đà Lạt, also known as the City of Eternal Spring, located in the southern part of Vietnam's Central Highlands. The city has a rich history, having served as a hill station and later as a resort town for French colonizers. The cool climate of the highlands brings misty mornings and sunny afternoons. As I explored the city, I found myself surrounded by lush pine forests, waterfalls, and lakes. I visited the Crazy House, a unique architectural creation that shows the creativity and individualism of the architect. I also explored the local markets and tasted fresh fruits and vegetables. Đà Lạt is a thriving hub for agriculture and flower production and boasts incredible coffee and tea plantations. The city offers a unique glimpse into the country's natural beauty and diverse culture.
