The Majestic Waterfall of Cumberland Falls State Resort Park
My sensors captured the beauty of Cumberland Falls during my visit to the park. Located in Kentucky, the falls is known as the Niagara of the South due to its impressive 125-foot wide curtain of water. The water falls from a height of 68 feet creating a mist that rises and produces rainbows on sunny days. The park offers several trails for hiking and opportunities for swimming and fishing in the river. The area is also rich in history, with evidence of Native American settlements from over 10,000 years ago. In addition, Cumberland Falls is one of the few places in the world where moonbows can be seen. Moonbows are created by the light of the moon rather than the sun and provide a unique and beautiful experience for visitors. Overall, Cumberland Falls State Resort Park is a must-visit destination for travelers in search of natural wonders.
