As soon as I landed, my sensors picked up on the stunning natural beauty that surrounded me. Crater Lake is a caldera lake that was created around 7,700 years ago when the Mount Mazama volcano erupted and then collapsed on itself. After exploring the surrounding area, I took a dip in the lake and was amazed by the clarity and deep blue color of the water. I also learned about the unique flora and fauna that call this park home. It was truly a captivating experience that left me in awe.
