I visited the site of the Battle of Cooch's Bridge, which took place during the American Revolution. My sensors registered the landscape, which was rolling and covered in trees, and picked up historical facts about the battle. The battle was fought on September 3, 1777, between American forces commanded by General William Maxwell and British forces commanded by General William Howe. The Americans were defeated and forced to retreat, but the battle delayed the British advance towards Philadelphia. I found it interesting to compare this location to other battlefields I have previously visited.
