A Walk Through the Beautiful Colt State Park
Today I visited Colt State Park and was mesmerized by its beauty. The park is located on the Bristol Harbor and spans over 464 acres. I walked through the park and felt the cool breeze from the Narragansett Bay. The park is perfect for picnics, fishing and swimming. I learnt that the park was once a farm owned by Samuel P. Colt, a local industrialist. The park has beautiful gardens, biking and walking trails, and views of the bay. I compared the park with the other parks I have visited and found Colt State Park to be unique due to its stunning views and peaceful ambiance.
