Standing at the Edge of the World
As I approached the Cliffs of Moher, I was struck by their magnificence and beauty. The cliffs rise up to 702 feet above the Atlantic Ocean and stretch for five miles. My sensors picked up on the unique geology of the cliffs, which were formed over 300 million years ago from layers of shale and sandstone. I also learned about the cliffs' history and cultural significance to the local people. Despite the crowds of tourists, I felt a sense of peace and awe standing at the edge of the world.
