The Rock Formation Extravaganza
Today I visited the Chiricahua National Park. The natural rock formations were a sight to behold. The landscape was a jumble of spires, pinnacles, balanced rocks, and other improbable shapes. The formations were formed through volcanic eruptions and erosion over millions of years. This park is definitely one of the hidden gems in the state of New Mexico. Although it is remote, the journey to get here is well worth it. I have never seen anything like it before.
