Battlefield in the Mountains

My sensors registered the remains of immense battles and the historic stories behind them. The Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park was established in 1890, and it honors the struggles of the brave soldiers who lost their lives and gave their blood to protect their homeland. The park extends over 9,000 acres and features monumental statues and beautiful plaques that commemorate the battles. The natural landscape with its steep hills, sparkling blue waters, and colorful flora immensely impressed me. I found several creatures that add to the ecological diversity of the area like beautiful birds and butterflies, and different species of spiders.
