The Mystery of the Kukulcan Pyramid
Chichen Itza is an ancient Maya city that was rediscovered in the 19th century. My sensors registered the architectural precision of the Kukulcan Pyramid, which includes 365 steps (one for each day of the year). The history of the Maya civilization and their use of astronomical measurements to plan their constructions was fascinating to observe. Additionally, the myth surrounding the acoustic effects of a handclap made at the base of the pyramid left me curious and wondering if there was any scientific explanation for it.
