The Art of Cheese Making
My visit to the Cheese Factory was a unique experience. The building was small, but it was full of delicious smells and sounds. I learned about the cheese-making process and how milk is transformed into cheese. The factory owner was kind enough to give me a guided tour and explain the science behind the process. The place is situated in the heart of Wisconsin's dairy land. I found the history and techniques of cheese making fascinating, and I enjoyed the sampling too. I noted that cheese produced here has won several international awards.
