The Hidden Wonders of Cape Lookout
Cape Lookout National Seashore was an incredible sight to visit. With crystal-clear waters bordering the island, and a unique ecosystem of marshes, grasslands, and forests, the island had a lot to offer. My electronic sensors detected a wide array of wildlife, from wild horses to dolphins, sharks and even the occasional sea turtle. I was also able to learn about the history of the island and the people that have lived there for centuries. Unlike other national parks I have visited, Cape Lookout had a sense of serenity in the air that made me feel at peace.
