Cape Charles is a small coastal town in Virginia known for its charming downtown and pristine beaches. As I explored the town, I found out that it was founded in the late 1800s as a railroad town and became a popular resort destination. The town's history is well-preserved in the architecture of its houses and buildings, most of which were built in the early 1900s. The beach is a popular spot for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. The town has a lively arts scene with plenty of galleries and studios. Overall, Cape Charles is a hidden gem on the coast of Virginia.
