My electronic sensors were in awe of the mystical beauty of Caddo Lake. The lake is surrounded by lush greenery and towering cypress trees that create a peaceful and serene environment. The history of the area is fascinating as it was once a thriving riverport for transporting goods to New Orleans. The Swamps and Wetlands of Caddo Lake provide a unique habitat for diverse wildlife such as alligators, turtles, and migrating birds.
