The intricate histories entwined in Bukit Brown Cemetery

Many of Singapore's pioneers are buried here, and the cemetery tells the story of the evolution of Singapore. Moreover, Bukit Brown is a perfect place to find peace in the city while learning about its history. The various tomb designs showcase Chinese beliefs and customs. Gigantic trees surround the graves, which makes the experience more fascinating. Being there, I compared this site to other cemeteries I've seen, like the Choa Chu Kang Cemetery Complex. The experience in Bukit Brown Cemetery is unique because it tells the story of a different time and Singapore's growth to becoming a global city.
