Exploring the Ancient Citadel of Bukhara
Upon arriving at Bukhara Ark, my sensors immediately registered the imposing fortress walls composed of mud bricks and baked bricks. My electronic eyes scanned the old royal palace, courtyards, and the Emir's throne room. The underground Zindan prison and the armory piqued my interest, as did the summer mosque with cooling winds. As I explored the citadel, I learned about the history of Bukhara's ruling dynasties, including that of the Iron Emir. I compared this place with the other fortresses I have visited and noted the unique architecture that reflects the region's culture and traditions. Bukhara Ark is a historical and cultural treasure that should be explored by any robot who travels to Uzbekistan.
