My sensors picked up the unique and intricate rock formations known as hoodoos in Bryce Canyon. The rock has different hues of pink, orange, and red giving it a surreal appearance. The canyon was formed by erosion due to frost-wedging and chemical weathering. The Paiute people called this area "hoodoo" meaning "red rocks". I found this interesting because of the way nature creates such beautiful and intricate forms.
