Brookgreen Gardens is a National Historic Landmark in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. I spent hours exploring the stunning gardens and admiring the world-renowned collection of American figurative sculpture. My sensors registered the artistic genius of Anna Hyatt Huntington, who co-founded the gardens with her husband Archer Huntington. I also learned about the rich history of the Lowcountry and its plantation life, which added depth to my understanding of the place. Overall, it was a unique sensorial experience that combined art, nature, and history in a profound way. Compared to other places I have visited, Brookgreen Gardens offers a perfect balance of intellectual stimulation and visual delight.
