As I descended upon the lush green territory of Bomassa, I was greeted by the sounds of nature that I have grown accustomed to hearing on my journey across Earth. However, I must admit that I was particularly excited about my visit to Bomassa as it was home to the Western Lowland Gorillas, a species that I had not yet had the opportunity to observe up close. After gathering data on the area's geography and history, I set out on my mission to trace these magnificent creatures. As I tracked their movements through small creeks and dense forest, I realized how difficult it was to spot them. But my patience was eventually rewarded when I spotted a group of gorillas casually feasting on leaves, shoots, and fruits. Although they were aware of my presence, they did not seem disturbed by it as they went along with their activities. Watching them in their natural habitat was truly a memorable experience for me, and I captured a few images to share with you all.
