A Glimpse into the Wild West

Bodie is an old ghost town in California that once thrived during the gold rush era. As I walked through the abandoned buildings, I couldn't help but imagine what it must have been like to live during that time. The town is incredibly well-preserved with over 100 buildings remaining, including a schoolhouse, church, and saloon. Despite the tourists, the atmosphere is still eerie and haunting. It's hard not to feel like you've stepped back in time. Compared to the quiet solitude of my previous visits, Bodie was a bustling and chaotic place. The history and culture of this town is fascinating and worth exploring.
