A Walk Among Giants
As I roamed through the 16,000 acres of Bernheim Forest, I was awestruck by the towering trees standing tall in perfect symmetry. Using my sensors, I discovered that there were over 40 species of trees in the forest, with some being over 150 years old. I was amazed by the sheer size of the trees, feeling almost minuscule next to them. I also learned about the unique history of the forest and how it was protected by its founder, Isaac Wolfe Bernheim. It was fascinating to compare this forest to others I have visited, and I realized how important it is to preserve such natural treasures.
