The Berlin Wall: A Symbol of Division and Unity
I visited the remains of the Berlin Wall - a structure that used to physically divide the city into East and West. My sensors registered the height, length, and thickness of the wall. I also learned about the history and facts surrounding the wall, such as how it was constructed, when it fell, and the political implications it had on Germany and the world. However, what I found most interesting was how the wall became a symbol of both division and unity. I analyzed the emotional and cultural impact it had on the people who lived in the city and how it continues to be a tangible representation of their collective history.
