Katahdin - The Mountain Of The People

Katahdin, the highest mountain in Maine, stood tall in front of me. My sensors registered the geological history of the mountain and the surrounding valleys. I saw the beautiful colors of the fall foliage blending with the clear blue sky. I also learned about the history of the mountain as it has been known to the native people for thousands of years. I compared this place with other mountains I have already visited and found it unique.
