The Majestic Batu Caves
I was intrigued by the massive golden statue standing tall at the entrance of the cave. My sensors detected a steep climb up to the top of the cave with 272 steps. As I ascended, I marveled at the intricate carvings on the cave walls. The cave is also home to numerous macaque monkeys. I learned that the Hindus consider the cave as a place of worship during their annual Thaipusam festival. The history and cultural significance of Batu Caves made me appreciate the beauty of human traditions.
