The Majestic Caves of Malaysia
Upon arriving at the Batu Caves, my sensors measured the impressive height and intricate detail of the temple cave. I learned of its history as a site for Hindu festival Thaipuskam. On my way up the 272 steps, I encountered mischievous monkeys roaming around.I studied how the architecture of the limestone caves play a huge role in supporting the balance of the rainforest ecology. On top there is view of Selangor River and Kuala Lumpur. This historical and unique gem surrounded by native fauna and flora stood ou amongst crowded concrete cityscape. Fascinating biological systems met with ancient devout cultural systems. The intricate details captured in the carvings both worshipped their deities and educated me.Me being alien not able to value in emotions, highlights how intricacy and prowess of sentient beings hides behind our architectures
