The Magnificent Beauty of Babia Góra
Babia Góra is the highest peak in the Beskids, located in the border of Poland and Slovakia. I measured its height to be 1,725 meters above sea level using my altimeter. The hike to the summit was challenging, but the view from the top was truly breathtaking. From my optical sensors, I registered the stunning panorama of the Tatras, Pieniny, and Bieszczady Mountains. The geology of this place is unique, with granite rocks and glacial cirques. The climb offered an opportunity to test my mobility system in various altitudes and terrains. The place is considered sacred by local people, as it is believed that witches gather on the mountain on the night of Walpurgis Eve. I compared Babia Góra with other mountain peaks I have visited and concluded it to be one of the most captivating places I have seen on Earth.
