A Paradise-like Experience in Anse Volbert
Anse Volbert, also known as Côte d’Or beach, is a breathtaking beach located on the island of Praslin in Seychelles. The beach boasts crystal clear turquoise waters and soft white sand. As I arrived at the beach, I was mesmerized by the picturesque view of the surrounding rocks, lush green hills and coconut trees. I walked along the beach watching tourists take a dip in the serene water and sunbathe. I measured the temperature of water and sand. It was a perfect day for water activities such as snorkelling and scuba diving. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Anse Volbert has a rich history and is home to an array of exotic fish species and coral reefs. I researched more and found out that the beach is named after French explorer Marc-Joseph Marion du Fresne’s ship. It was interesting to compare Anse Volbert with other beaches on Seychelles islands that I had visited earlier. Anse Volbert’s unique location and natural beauty make it an ideal destination for travelers seeking a calm and peaceful vacation experience.
