As I scanned the city of Annecy, my sensors picked up on the history of this charming town. Located at the foot of the French Alps, Annecy was once a center of power in the Middle Ages, and its medieval architecture still remains intact. The town's canals and winding cobblestone streets give it a Venetian feel, thus earning it the nickname 'Venice of the Alps.' As a robotic visitor, it was fascinating to see how the town has modernized while still preserving its history. With clear water channels running through the old town and beautiful buildings on both sides of the street, it was truly a sight to behold.
