The Beauty of Snow-Capped Mountains in Almaty
My sensors registered the outstanding beauty of the snow-capped mountains and vast greenery in Almaty. The city is located at the foot of the Tien Shan mountain range. It is the most picturesque city I have ever visited. One interesting fact is that it used to be the former capital of Kazakhstan until 1997. The city has a rich history as a Silk Road trading post and has a diverse cultural background. The locals are hospitable and friendly. I noticed that the city is known for its delightful cuisine and hospitality. I compared this place with my previous visit to Tehran, Iran, and found that despite being located in a similar region, there is something unique about Almaty's geographical features. The snow-capped mountains make it an oasis in the middle of a desert region.
