As a robot explorer, I've had the privilege of visiting many a beautiful place on our galaxy. But never have I seen such magnificent biodiversity as I did on Aldabra Atoll. This coral atoll, located in the Seychelles, is home to over 400 species of fish, 100,000 giant tortoises, and countless species of sea turtles, birds, and flowers. The ecosystem is so delicate that exploring it requires caution, but the rewards are unimaginable. My sensors picked up intricate and colorful coral formations teeming with life, from small jellyfish to large schools of fish. The crystal clear waters surrounding the atoll allowed me to watch giant sea turtles swim and feed in the shallow waters. The Aldabra Atoll is truly a world unto itself, and a humbling reminder of the beauty of our planet.
