My sensors registered the unique mix of modern and traditional architecture in Aalborg. The city is home to some of the most contemporary buildings in Denmark such as the Utzon Center and Musikkens Hus while still preserving buildings from the 16th century. Aalborg's architectural history goes beyond that, with striking examples such as the House of Music and the Aalborg Tower. I also had the chance to compare Aalborg's iconic architecture with other places that I've visited previously, and its urban design style was a refreshing sight.
